The 4 Star Charter Quality Pool Code of Conductis a set of written rules, standards and procedures that each charter company, member of the 4 Star Quality Charter Pool has agreed to respect. The Code regulates the relations between all three parties in charter business – the client, the charter company and the charter agency. It is important to note that when cruising aboard a 4 Star charter boat, the client has to follow the Code rules, too.

The Yacht-Pool FairCharter Agreement comes as a result of a long study and research which involved a group of experts from various fields, mostly from those dealing with legal business and, of course, pleasure yachting. It is a unique document which finally makes possible to have an equal and legally unambiguous relationship between all charter parties: the client, the charter agency and the charter company.
