The 4-Star Quality Charter Pool is a profit association of charter companies in Croatia, offering its services on the basis of a unique standard of quality and the pertaining brand. The 4-Star offer is placed on the market with the help of the Alfa Polaris d.o.o. management company established by Mr. Đek Šurija, mercantile marine officer, yacht master, court marine expert and assessor, EOQ auditor and quality manager, skipper and Yacht-Pool Hrvatska (Croatia) director. The management company is the sole owner of the rights to the distribution of quality standard and the Four Star brand, while it deals with different charter company business services for the Pool members.
